"I found the sessions really helpful for managing fatigue and building back my strength and stamina. The first two sessions really helped me to find a yoga practice which worked with my fatigue. The first sequence you provided was a really helpful one as it felt manageable and the movement helped me to feel less tired. I felt that the subsequent sessions were really great for helping me to recover from a period of worse fatigue and building my strength but especially my confidence. The fatigue meant I felt anxious about attending yoga classes or pushing too hard in yoga. Fiona really helped me to work on finding my confidence in yoga again and build up to managing full yoga classes."

"Overall, I found the yoga therapy really helpful for supporting me to adapt yoga to how I am feeling in that moment. However, one of the biggest benefits was the relaxation element – both in the session and thinking how I could integrate that more into my day-to-day life. For part of the yoga sessions, I was struggling with work-related stress and yoga therapy helped me to refocus on stress management. Fiona has a lovely warm presence that allows space for reflection. The overall experience was extremely positive for me. I was able to talk about things that have been concerning me for some months. Fiona was able to contain my anxiety and offered a safe space for me to explore these things with her gentle guidance and wisdom. I feel much lighter and more focused on where yoga can fit into my life at this time, and how it can help with some of the areas that are causing pain (both physical and emotional).
