Session Description
Yoga therapy is the specialised use of yoga practices to support people with physical, mental, or emotional challenges. Unlike a general yoga class, which focuses on overall fitness and wellbeing, yoga therapy is carefully tailored to each individual’s needs and can often complement medical or psychological treatment. I am a qualified yoga therapist with experience in supporting women through the changes that menopause brings, guiding people in recovery after cancer treatment, and working with those experiencing deep anxiety. I also support individuals who simply feel “stuck” in life and are looking for a gentle, holistic way to move forward. Sessions can be in person or on zoom.
