Session Description

Online Yoga Classes on Thursday nights on Zoom. I've been teaching on Zoom for 6 years and run a regular class at 6.30pm every Thursday. The class runs for an hour and everyone gets a copy of the class recording too. That way you can repeat the class or follow in your own time. Bookable in monthly blocks.
