Join me and my friend, Keswick Yoga Teacher Tray Hughes, for a Summer Solstice Yoga Day in the stunning Loweswater Valley. Celebrate high summer with Yin, Therapeutic Yoga & flowing movement. Find your summer zen with mindful mantra and meditation and we'll take a short stroll to the shores of lovely Crummock Water for an optional wild swim. Delicious vegetarian lunch included!
